Terms of Service
Last updated: June 3, 2026
By using AeroWeather ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
Aviation Safety Disclaimer
AeroWeather is a weather visualization tool provided for informational and situational awareness purposes only. It is not a certified aviation weather briefing product and does not satisfy any regulatory preflight briefing requirements.
Weather forecast data may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Turbulence, icing, and other hazard depictions are derived from numerical model output and pilot reports, all of which carry inherent uncertainty. Do not make flight planning or go/no-go decisions based solely on information displayed by this Service.
You must obtain an official weather briefing from an approved source (e.g., 1800wxbrief.com, Leidos Flight Service) before every flight. The pilot in command bears sole responsibility for all operational decisions.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data or forecasts will be accurate or timely.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AeroWeather and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or loss of data, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying data sources.
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service at a rate that degrades performance for other users.
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
Data Sources and Attribution
Weather data is sourced from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Navigation data is sourced from the FAA National Airspace System Resource (NASR) database. These public datasets are provided by the U.S. government and are not warranted by AeroWeather.
Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, data source outages, or other factors outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the data we collect and how we use it.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
